Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, wire, and modify medium and high voltage assemblies, breakers, auxiliary compartments, power modules, and related sub-assemblies.
  • •Follow manufacturing information and electrical/mechanical drawings, sketches, and written or oral instructions to established procedures.
  • •Complete ISO, quality, customer, feedback, and production checklists and documents as required.
  • •Mount and install electrical equipment, perform wire operations, and inspect assemblies for loose/missing hardware and cleanliness.
  • •Maintain Kanban inventory minimum levels, report shortages, respond to change notices/customer adjustments, and assist engineering/drafting/supervision; train and coach colleagues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum one year of manufacturing experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum one year of experience using hand and air tools.
  • •Strong experience reading Manufacturing Information (MI), and South Carolina Manufacturing Certification (SCMC) or equivalent (preferred).
