Own the technical roadmap for the developer portal and Autonomous Agentic Development Platform, enabling golden paths, self-service infrastructure, and automation that accelerate internal game and backend teams. Provide governance for Kubernetes, CI/CD, and service discovery, and help ensure operational resilience through advanced troubleshooting and on-call incident processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategic roadmap and architectural delivery of the developer portal using AI and LLM-backed agentic workflows for environment bootstrapping, troubleshooting, and infrastructure provisioning.
•Drive platform-as-a-product strategy for the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), partnering with engineering leaders to deliver self-service capabilities that accelerate software delivery.
•Provide infrastructure-as-code architectural direction and governance as teams build and maintain modular, reusable Terraform libraries for standardized provisioning across multi-cloud and on-prem.
•Define organization-wide standards for Kubernetes container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and service discovery; partner with engineering leads to ensure adoption and operational consistency.
•Provide Tier 2 platform support and establish incident management/escalation strategy, SLA/SLO frameworks, and blameless post-mortems to maintain resilience and platform availability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years’ experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering, with 4+ years building internal developer platforms or Kubernetes-based tooling.
•Expert mastery of Kubernetes architecture and internals (operators, controllers, CRDs).
•Deep, expert experience with AWS and/or GCP managing highly elastic, mission-critical production workloads.
•Foundational or hands-on experience incorporating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents into automated engineering workflows, APIs, or platform tools.
•Advanced proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or Rust for building automation tools, Kubernetes operators, and developer-facing APIs.
