Create high-quality multimedia visuals and motion content that bring client briefs to life. Design and produce work for digital platforms—social media, websites, presentations, and campaigns—while aligning video, animations, and messaging to brand objectives. Develop and present design concepts with stronger communication and presentation skills, collaborate with senior creatives and cross-disciplinary teams, and support senior-led efforts on larger campaigns and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Create high-quality visual designs that improve client business outcomes.
•Design and produce multimedia content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and client campaigns.
•Create motion graphics, video content, and animations aligned with client branding and campaign objectives.
•Convey design concepts and ideas to clients and agency team members by strengthening communication and presentation skills.
•Support senior teams on large campaigns and new business opportunities, including interrogating and challenging briefs to strengthen creative outputs.

Key Requirements

•Full understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
•Ability to design multimedia content for digital platforms such as social media, websites, presentations, and client campaigns.
•Comfort working with current and emerging social media platforms and using platform trends to inform social content.
•Ability to design in PowerPoint and across the Microsoft Office suite.
•Experience managing small projects/retainers and developing key visuals, design directions, or small campaigns with limited guidance from senior art leadership.
