Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in architecture design and implementation of Trust and Safety data application platforms, including defining architecture specifications and leading team implementation.
  • •Optimize data application architecture to improve system stability and efficiency while reducing storage, calculation, and service architecture complexity and cost.
  • •Design and implement systematic support for data integration, offline development, real-time development, data governance, and BI analysis.
  • •Establish technical influence inside and outside the department and cultivate talents.
  • •Effectively coach the team and improve R&D capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • •Experience with software development in C++, Python, or Java.
  • •Proficiency with server-side technology stack for distributed/high-concurrency scenarios (e.g., RPC, message queue, link tracking, service governance).
  • •Experience with big data systems and related technologies such as Spark, Flink, ClickHouse, and HBase.
  • •Strong communication and teamwork skills; data insight experience (machine learning, statistical analysis) is preferred.
