Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Drive adoption of TikTok performance solutions and scale performance spend for major advertisers.
•Increase adoption of auction-based tools with ongoing technical support and proactive analysis.
•Plan and implement full-funnel media strategies aligned to clients’ business goals.
•Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery, including advanced measurement solutions like Conversion Lift Studies.
•Present insights consultatively to clients, support sales pre-sale research, and collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience in account management/performance within digital marketing.
•Experience executing on biddable networks and managing brand advertisers across full-funnel objectives.
•Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and measurement (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP, SKAN).
•Ability to analyze data to identify insights that assess and improve campaign performance.
•Experience translating technical information to non-technical stakeholders and diagnosing/solving issues with product and engineering teams.
