Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform real-time monitoring and operation of facilities systems, including system-based task assignment and support dispatching.
  • •Manage and monitor water systems, electrical systems, vaporization systems, HVAC systems, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
  • •Respond promptly to facilities system abnormalities with initial assessment, emergency response, troubleshooting, and resolution of blocking issues.
  • •Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing to ensure safe, stable, and reliable system operation.
  • •Participate in facilities-related projects (TPM, CIT, and internal/external audits) and drive operational efficiency and energy-saving initiatives, supporting AI/digital transformation for maintenance labor reduction and cost optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering or science-related field, or equivalent professional experience with relevant technical proficiencies.
  • •Strong sense of responsibility with effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • •Basic English reading and communication ability is preferred.
  • •Willingness to work a four-shift, three-rotation schedule and accept required on-call duties.
  • •Experience with semiconductor fabs or high-tech manufacturing facilities is preferred.
