•Partner cross-functionally to refine strategic planning and mission objectives and ensure space payload capabilities integrate to meet growth targets.
•Advise on best practices for growth systems (Salesforce), champion data integrity/governance, and support forecasts and business opportunities.
•Analyze technical pipeline data, payload performance metrics, and space market trends to deliver actionable insights for mission planning and technology roadmaps.
•Develop business cases for new investment opportunities to meet P&L targets and ensure adequate resourcing.
•Translate sales pipeline demand into short- and long-term planning across Operations, People, Production, Real Estate, Corporate Technology, and Finance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or strategy within a high-growth aerospace, defense, or space technology company.
•Project management experience spanning requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and delivery.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
•Ability to rapidly learn and assimilate new information to become proficient in unfamiliar subject areas and technologies.
•Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
