Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery pod. Own complex components end-to-end—from architecture and prompts/tool calls to production deployment, validation, observability, and KPI reporting. Lead PoCs and MVPs that go live quickly, partner with a Deployment Strategist, mentor engineers, and translate customer business needs into shipped solutions using full-stack engineering and LLM-focused development.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and build of AI agents and experiences that take real actions, owning technical components end-to-end from architecture through production deployment, validation, and observability.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks, and oversee agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and outcomes.
•Lead PoCs and MVPs from concept to deployable quickly by co-building with customers and partners.
•Act as a senior technical voice in the pod by surfacing platform gaps and edge cases, mentoring engineers, and partnering with a Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into shipped agentic solutions.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with multiple production systems, ideally in an AI stack, full-stack development, or large-scale LLM work.
•Extensive customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
•Fluency in two or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
•Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, with strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
•Fluency in English and at least one of German or French (spoken and written).
