Job Summary

Lead a remote/field-based team in the East Region to drive SBD engagement across major data center construction projects—from pre-construction through closeout. Own sales targets, forecasts, and budgets, mentor Project Solution Managers, and build trusted relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors. Develop engagement plans, monitor project progress and metrics, ensure safety compliance, and use business systems (including SAP and Salesforce.com) to report performance.

•Establish and manage sales targets and forecasts while achieving double-digit growth within P&L and T&E budget goals.
•Build and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors and customize SBD solutions.
•Monitor project progress and budgets, provide leadership updates, ensure safety compliance, and drive engagement via meetings and events.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 136,500 - 219,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (required).
•10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or construction project management with a proven track record.
•3+ years of direct managerial experience leading teams (preferred).
•OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications (preferred).
•Proficiency in Microsoft applications and business systems (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SAP, Salesforce.com), plus a valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60%.
