Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate as an integral part of a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to translate business objectives into data-driven strategies.
  • •Take responsibility for the delivery and execution of scientific optimization models and algorithms from data collection to operationalization, and align them with non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Experiment and explore opportunities to constantly improve and refine technical approaches.
  • •Leverage statistical analysis and machine learning to enhance incrementality measurement solutions in development and production.
  • •Think creatively to propose new data products and ways to improve data-driven stakeholder deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a (senior) data scientist, preferably in an e-commerce environment
  • •Fluency in Python with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib
  • •SQL and data pipeline development experience; ability to retrieve, manipulate and analyze large heterogeneous datasets
  • •Familiarity with software development practices and tools (Git, Docker, AWS)
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing)
