Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate stakeholder workshops to uncover requirements, map current-state IAM processes, and identify dependencies and pain points across IT, security, and product teams.
  • •Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, producing business process flows and solution design diagrams.
  • •Own the requirements traceability matrix and validate requirements are met through testing and acceptance criteria.
  • •Partner with technical architects and consultants to convert requirements into actionable technical specifications and provide functional oversight during build.
  • •Support change management, create user training documentation, assist with go-live hypercare, and lead structured customer and account team hand-offs for long-term support.
