Key Responsibilities

  • •Benchmark social impact and volunteerism programs against peer organizations to identify best practices and engagement models.
  • •Serve as a strategic consultant to business partners using data-driven insights and human-centered design to maximize volunteer impact.
  • •Design and implement a test-learn-and-scale framework to evolve social impact initiatives based on feedback and community needs.
  • •Ensure operational governance for new volunteerism programs, including enterprise-wide consistency, scalability, and CRA compliance.
  • •Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms for visibility into volunteer participation, resource allocation, and corporate social impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,700 - 110,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in process management and/or project management.
  • •Experience managing, coordinating, or executing community volunteer programs or employee engagement initiatives (preferred).
  • •4+ years of experience in project management (preferred).
  • •Experience leveraging emerging AI technology such as Gemini or Claude (preferred).
