Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, driving revenue growth within a territory.
•Build relationships with key client stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions based on customer needs and challenges.
•Manage and support a strong long-term sales pipeline to improve market presence in a specialized area.
•Provide support to account managers for pursuits and renewals, including participating in negotiations around contracts, pricing, and mutually beneficial agreements.
•Stay current on industry and competitor developments to identify target markets and set sales goals; act on client feedback with internal teams and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

•Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, or account management.
•Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
•Demonstrated success in field selling to existing customers and new acquisition end user accounts, meeting and exceeding quota.
•Develop and expand partner relationships and create/execute territory coverage business plans with strong business acumen.
•Strong knowledge of retail industry engagement models and industry technology, including understanding competitors and current AI trends.
