Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at the customer’s location.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment using tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
  • •Work collaboratively while staying flexible for overtime and weekends as business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company and customer assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.
  • •Technical School or formal training is preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a hand-held computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification is required.
