Key Responsibilities

•Maintain, optimize, test, document and manage highly technical Motorola communications systems.
•Focus on maintaining optimal performance levels across an integrated system while addressing system level alarms and malfunctions.
•Manage system availability through routine maintenance, performance monitoring and preventative maintenance.
•Perform preventative maintenance routines with focus on trend analysis and documentation of results.
•Provide knowledge of RF systems, transmitters, receivers, and antenna networks; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical systems.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years experience in LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, Military, Motorola equipment, IT Systems, Telecommunications, Public Safety, Engineering or Networking equipment.
•Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain background clearance as required by US government customer(s).
•Must have a current, valid driver’s license and no traffic violations.
•Ability to be on-call 24/7/365
•FCC license and industry certifications such as ETA are a plus; CET certifications through CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ are highly desirable.
