Global Export Compliance Counsel

Advise cross-functional teams on export controls and trade compliance matters in a global, fast-paced environment. Support R&D and engineering with product classifications and cross-border technology transfers, draft and negotiate trade compliance clauses, and lead international trade due diligence for strategic transactions. Represent the company with government agencies, manage licensing strategies, conduct investigations and self-disclosures, and build and maintain an Export Compliance Program with ongoing risk assessments and training.
