Lead the analysis, design, and hands-on deployment of AI-powered agents on the Salesforce Agentforce platform, translating complex customer problems into actionable technical requirements and rollout plans. Own the end-to-end data landscape and integrations, build production conversational AI using LLM and prompt engineering, and optimize reliability, scalability, and security. Serve as a trusted advisor, guide a peer group of FDEs, and create a feedback loop that shapes the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic solution architecture and hands-on solutioning of intelligent AI-powered agents within Salesforce environments.
•Own the end-to-end data landscape, including data models, processing pipelines, and integration strategies for AI applications.
•Oversee full-lifecycle deployment, monitor performance, and implement optimizations for reliability, scalability, and security.
•Prototype and execute rapidly in ambiguous environments to deliver impactful AI solutions to customer priorities.
•Act as a trusted technical advisor and feedback loop between customers and internal product/engineering teams while leading a peer group of FDEs.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on solutioning experience designing, implementing, and testing cloud technologies, with end-to-end delivery of scalable production solutions.
•Understanding of the Salesforce platform ecosystem, including Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
•Hands-on experience building solutions with AI/LLM technologies.
•Experience in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics, including data platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks.
•Ability to solve open-ended problems in ambiguous environments and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills.
