Job Summary

Build and operate resilient, high-scale distributed systems that power Netflix’s Content & Business Products engineering teams. •Design, build, and operate distributed microservices and systems for Content & Business Products workflows.
•Develop and implement API services using gRPC, GraphQL, or RESTful interfaces.
•Make architectural decisions and set technical direction for engineering projects.
•Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident reviews.
•Drive written and verbal communication to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Salary: USD 388,000 - 558,000 annually

•5+ years building resilient, high-scale, low-latency distributed microservices in production environments.
•Proficiency designing and implementing APIs using gRPC, GraphQL, or REST.
•Recent experience in Java, C#, or other OO languages with OO design, concurrency, multi-threading, performance tuning, and observability.
•Proven track record architecting, building, and operating distributed systems with high availability, fault tolerance, and performance.
•Experience setting technical direction for engineering projects and making architectural decisions while influencing cross-functional partners.
