Human Resources Generalist - 2nd Shift

Partner with site leadership to support employee relations, retention, onboarding, and labor relations in a people-first HR role. You’ll manage job/vacation bid processes, assist with payroll and time/attendance systems, and create compliant HR requisitions with Talent Acquisition. Handle HR data in HRIS, support audits (SMETA/SWA), and provide guidance on policies and employee inquiries. Serve as a visible business partner across the production floor.
