Maintain CarMax’s vehicle inventory and support a smooth customer experience by receiving and securing shipped vehicles, preparing title packets, and keeping lots clean and well merchandised. Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, execute the photo station process for carmax.com listings, and drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support while following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
•Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
•Perform lot maintenance and merchandising to keep display areas clean and organized.
•Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
•Execute photo station processes for carmax.com listings and drive vehicles on/off the lot as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.65 - 23.22 hourly

•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.
•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.

•Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
