Job Summary

Lead strategic enterprise transformation programs in support of the IDM 2.0 strategy, partnering with IT and CPOG executives to align stakeholders and establish governance. Drive end-to-end delivery of Intel’s enterprise SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, including risk management, budgeting, and cross-functional execution. Manage executive reporting, steering committees, change readiness, and lead a global, multivendor delivery ecosystem with primary systems integrator leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT and CPOG leadership and drive alignment across IT, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and business partners.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise transformation programs, including integrated planning and execution frameworks.
•Establish governance, risk management, accountability, and program outcomes, including management of budgets, resources, dependencies, and timelines.
•Develop executive dashboards/scorecards, lead steering committees and executive reviews, and communicate program status, risks, and recommendations.
•Lead and develop a high-performing team of program and project managers and orchestrate a multivendor delivery ecosystem, including vendor governance and change management readiness.

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
•15+ years in technical program management, enterprise program leadership, or IT leadership.
•10+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs with budgets over $50M and cross-functional teams of 100+ people.
•8+ years ERP implementation experience, including at least 5+ years with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
•Experience working with Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain business processes in a technology, manufacturing, or semiconductor environment.
