Key Responsibilities

•Gather Customer Requirements, Understand Supply Chain Business, create functional specifications, provide logic to the technical team, prepare test data, conduct internal testing and user acceptance testing, go-live and support and related documentation.
•Drive Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Status Report calls with stakeholders.
•Coordinate with Stakeholders and internal team members on administrative processes.
•Design and recommend the WMS solution as per business need and warehousing best practices.
•Manage OTM & GTM Quarterly Upgrades and coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of IT experience with recent experience as a Consultant.
•Techno-functional expertise on OTM Application and project accounts management.
•Configure OTM modules and design business requirements; must have worked on migration projects.
•Well-versed with OTM & GTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration, Financials, Trade Compliance and Trade management.
•Experience with implementing various WMS functionalities (Receiving, Put Away, Replenishment, Slotting, Cross Docking, Transfer Orders, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Label configuration, Web Report Gen2).
