Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously develop the collective-life tariff annually, support internal approval processes, and coordinate FINMA submissions
  • •Ensure implementation, correct execution, and application of collective-life tariff policy portfolio rating in the administration system
  • •Actively steer portfolio profitability and derive data-based measures to sustainably improve results
  • •Continuously develop pricing models, tools, and processes with Underwriting and Life Performance & Analytics CLP
  • •Serve as a competent point of contact and sparring partner for sales and management on pricing-related topics

Key Requirements

  • •University or technical college degree in a quantitative field
  • •Actuarial training in progress or completed (SAV) or willingness to complete it
  • •Strong programming skills, ideally with R, and experience improving models and processes
  • •Multi-year experience in collective life pricing (or strong motivation to deepen expertise in this area)
  • •Excellent German language skills
