Job Summary

Develop and deploy scalable Power BI reporting solutions within the Digital Solutions team, partnering with a UK-based group of digital specialists. Enhance and maintain dashboards and data models, build interactive visualizations, and optimize performance. Transform and model data from sources such as SharePoint Online, SQL, Python scripts, ArcGIS, and REST APIs using Power Query and DAX. Implement automated refresh processes, apply governance and security practices, and maintain documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with a UK-based digital team to design, develop, and deploy scalable Power BI reporting solutions.
•Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and data models aligned with business requirements.
•Develop interactive reports and dashboards with high data accuracy and performance optimization.
•Transform and model data from sources including SharePoint, SQL, Python scripts, ArcGIS, and APIs using Power Query and DAX.
•Implement automated data refresh processes, apply governance best practices (security, workspace management, version control), and maintain documentation.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of experience building enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power BI.
•At least 5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance optimization.
•Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service for interactive visualizations.
•Strong data modeling knowledge (relationships, measures, calculated columns, star schema) and working knowledge of SQL.
•Experience integrating data using REST APIs/connectors and familiarity with Power Query (M language).
