Job Summary

Serve as an “ambassador” for the Miu Miu brand by delivering an exceptional in-store luxury experience. Center the client’s needs, welcoming and advising customers, capturing client data into the company CRM, and building long-term relationships to foster brand loyalty. Drive individual and team sales through cross-selling, maintaining high visual standards on the shop floor, staying current on fashion trends, and supporting positive complaint resolution while promoting an omnichannel mindset.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a welcoming, client-centered luxury experience following the “client journey ceremony”.
•Capture customer data into the company CRM to develop relationships and create future opportunities.
•Embrace an omnichannel mindset and proactively cross-sell with other departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
•Stay up to date on fashion trends and competitors, and demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
•Maintain shop floor and visual display standards, comply with operational guidelines and stock procedures, and help prevent product thefts.

Key Requirements

•Passion for selling and stores with strong interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
•Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships with a personalized approach.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both in a team and independently.
•Demonstrate ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.
•Passion and knowledge of the managed product category; English is a must and other languages are a plus.
