Implementation Analyst

Own end-to-end customer deployment lifecycles across MeridianLink’s software solutions, helping new and existing clients launch successfully and achieve adoption. Partner with customers as a trusted advisor to manage expectations, hit milestones, and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve challenges. Educate clients on advanced platform capabilities, support onboarding including core connectivity and third-party integrations, and proactively manage schedules, stakeholders, and issues to prevent escalations.
