Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end Order to Invoice Operations services for the US and Canada region to ensure efficient operations and timely, accurate order processing.
  • •Expand and improve order management and billing automation activities, managing assigned activities and deadlines.
  • •Support internal customer inquiries escalated as needed and help troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • •Ensure adherence to SLAs, produce and review order processing reports, and monitor/mitigate system or process performance issues.
  • •Maintain risk-mitigating controls weekly, enforce SOX compliance, support audits and remediations, and assist with month-end and year-end close activities as needed.

  • •Minimum of one (1) year of Order to Invoice value chain experience with operational excellence and familiarity with customer order management policies, procedures, and controls.
