Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in fleet maintenance, diesel repair, automotive repair, warranty administration, service advising, vehicle maintenance operations, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Strong working knowledge of automotive, diesel, or commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • •Ability to understand vehicle diagnostics, repair recommendations, and maintenance requirements.
  • •Ability to interpret repair estimates, labor operations, parts requirements, maintenance recommendations, and warranty considerations.
  • •Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software systems, with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
