Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the kitchen team with meal preparation and mise-en-place on a daily basis.
  • •Assist in preparing and serving both cold and hot dishes during service periods.
  • •Maintain a clean and compliant work area according to hygiene guidelines (HACCP).
  • •Replenish stock and receive deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
  • •Collaborate with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to plan.
