Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and execution of the U.S. Pharma and Biopharma growth strategy across the Food & Pharma division.
  • •Act as the primary liaison between the U.S. organization and the Global Industry Manager, Pharma to align priorities and opportunities.
  • •Drive enterprise-level account engagement for priority Pharma customers and CDMOs, coordinating cross-BU collaboration to maximize value.
  • •Lead key account onboarding by identifying and prioritizing high-potential accounts and generating end-customer sales opportunities.
  • •Manage CRM tools and systems to build, maintain, and measure the business pipeline using data-driven leading indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • •5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/life science industry, ideally in bioprocessing, capital equipment, or related technology solutions.
  • •Strong business development success with persuasive communication and negotiation to secure new opportunities.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience, including building/scaling commercial teams and coaching sales professionals in a matrixed/technical selling environment.
  • •Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing, process technologies, and regulatory expectations, with CRM proficiency and willingness to travel nationally up to 50%.
