Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end processing of stock and pricing claims, including logging, investigation, validation, closure, and documentation.
  • •Raise credit notes and recharges in JD Edwards with accurate reason coding and compliance.
  • •Investigate claims and disputes with 3PLs, transport providers, and internal teams to identify and resolve root causes.
  • •Deliver accurate fortnightly and monthly KPI reporting across claims, credits, recoveries, ageing, and service performance.
  • •Support process improvement initiatives, system testing, SOP development, and operational administration across Integrated Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in claims processing, credit control, accounts receivable, warehouse administration, or supply chain operations.
  • •Strong attention to detail with a high level of data accuracy.

  • •Strong ERP system experience, ideally with JD Edwards or SAP.
