Own the personal banking experience inside the Yassir super app, driving wallet activation, funding, and repeat transactions from first-use through habitual daily behavior. Lead end-to-end product strategy for onboarding, KYC, top-ups, send/receive, and transaction history, partnering with engineering, design, and growth to optimize acquisition funnels and remove friction. Use discovery and analytics to validate experiments and deliver evidence-based recommendations to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the personal banking/consumer wallet product end-to-end, using adoption and active usage as primary success metrics.
•Define and execute strategy to drive wallet activation, funding, and repeat transactions inside the super app and via external use cases like P2P, bill payments, and merchant payments.
•Design acquisition and activation funnels with growth/marketing, identify friction points, and optimize onboarding to increase funding and usage.
•Run discovery through customer interviews, journey mapping, prototyping, and experiments to validate adoption drivers at scale.
•Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality consumer experiences (onboarding, KYC, top-ups, send/receive, transaction history) and use analytics for evidence-based decisions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of product management experience with a strong track record in B2C fintech, digital banking, wallets, or payments.
•Proven experience driving consumer adoption and engagement by moving activation, retention, or transaction metrics.
•Track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products (B2C).
•Strong grasp of acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue, plus growth mechanics like onboarding optimization, funnel analysis, experimentation, and retention loops.
•Based in Cairo, Egypt (required), with native Arabic and fluent English; French is a huge plus.
