Job Summary

Lead a team responsible for troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, and inspecting wireline equipment, including downhole tools, pumps, panels, and field units. Review and improve maintenance procedures, maintain equipment, and analyze failure reports to resolve technical issues. Partner with Engineering and Reliability to support experiments and experimental data capture, and help develop and enhance maintenance documentation.

•Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and perform inspections of wireline equipment (e.g., downhole tools, pumps, panels, field units).
•Review maintenance and inspection procedures and ensure maintenance of wireline equipment and relevant equipment.
•Analyze and interpret data from failure reports and troubleshoot equipment problems.
•Support experiments and record experimental data in collaboration with Engineering and Reliability groups.
•Assist in preparing, developing, and enhancing maintenance procedural documentation.
