Job Summary

Oversee all plant operations in Cowpens, ensuring safe, high-quality production. Lead and coordinate manufacturing processes, manage production reporting and P&L understanding, and plan equipment, workflow, and workforce utilization. Establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet goals, while directing preventative maintenance and housekeeping standards. Participate in procurement of raw materials, supplies, and production needs as required.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct all plant manufacturing processes and ensure quality products while maintaining a safe work environment.
•Plan and direct the layout of equipment, workflow, and workforce utilization, including participating in procurement of raw materials and production supplies.
•Establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
•Ensure standards for Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Preventative Maintenance, and Housekeeping are met across the plant.
•Perform other duties as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years as a plant manager in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
•Ability to review and discuss results of production reports and P&L statements.
•Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.
•Purchasing experience preferred.
•Ability to train and instruct employees.
