Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C)

Handle inbound calls from existing customers and manage policy service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents. Answer questions about coverage and policy benefits and make updates to existing insurance policies. Focus on retaining customers by identifying those at risk of cancellation and finding solutions while supporting Jerry’s insurance carrier partners. Requires 2+ years in a call center environment and strong multitasking.
