Talking Stick Resort Amp Guest Services

Provide guest services for venue visitors by answering inbound calls and in-person inquiries, resolving questions and complaints, and maintaining customer loyalty. Adapt to guest needs, solicit new or additional products/services, and accurately record customer interactions and outcomes. Escalate unresolved grievances to designated departments and support venue close-out and sustainability efforts after shows. Other tasks as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.
