Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general to complex automotive repairs across all makes and models, from timing belts and suspension to heavy engine work.
  • •Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
  • •Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as vehicle climate control systems (AC and heater cores).
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers to support vehicle reconditioning workflows.
  • •Work mandatory overtime based on business needs to help deliver vehicles when expected.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Ability to perform general to complex repairs across all makes and models, including diagnostics.
  • •Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and sometimes be exposed to extreme weather conditions (heat/cold).
