Key Responsibilities

•Perform general to complex automotive repairs across all makes and models, from timing belts and suspension to heavy engine work.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as vehicle climate control systems (AC and heater cores).
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers to support vehicle reconditioning workflows.
•Work mandatory overtime based on business needs to help deliver vehicles when expected.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
•Ability to perform general to complex repairs across all makes and models, including diagnostics.
•Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and operate vehicle equipment and tools.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and sometimes be exposed to extreme weather conditions (heat/cold).
