Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Growly product localization from language onboarding through ongoing translation maintenance.
  • •Run localization workflows in Crowdin: order translations, set up projects, handle translator requests, and coordinate with support.
  • •Align with engineering teams to optimize localization processes, maintain transparent communication, and advise on platform and readiness status.
  • •Organize professional proofreading and review of translations by sourcing external contractors and coordinating their corrections into products.
  • •Ensure translations meet Tone of Voice, Style Guide, glossaries, and regional linguistic/cultural specifics; maintain localization process documentation and analyze competitor localization for improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •English at B2+/C1 level (other languages are a plus).
  • •Experience managing localization or translation processes for products, or project/content/operations management with a focus on processes.
  • •Hands-on experience with localization platforms (Crowdin preferred) and CAT tools/TMS or similar translation management tools.
  • •Strong managerial and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external translators.
