Key Responsibilities

•Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas furnaces and AC equipment and leaving spaces clean and ready.
•Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
•Read and work from blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
•Stay current on local building codes and ensure every job is compliant before wrap-up.
•Guide and support less experienced installers and speak up when something isn’t right, while communicating clearly with homeowners and collaborating with engineering.

Key Requirements

•Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics and troubleshoot confidently.
•Strong working knowledge of local building codes and compliance requirements, with solid refrigerant handling skills.
