Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory developments, customer needs, and industry best practices to provide risk-focused input into CWIBG product strategy across all customer segments.
  • •Collaborate with Product Owners to analyse post-launch product performance, user adoption, and operational effectiveness, and provide observations to support decision-making and proposition enhancement.
  • •Provide advisory input during product development and change initiatives, including risk, control, and feasibility assessments.
  • •Manage governance and lifecycle of CWIBG products by coordinating design, approvals, launches, changes, and periodic reviews per the bank’s governance framework.
  • •Coordinate required product approvals and governance processes involving Credit Risk, Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal and other internal authorities.
