Operations and Finance Manager, Head of Operations

Own Mentra’s core operations and finance engine as the operational backbone for enterprise smart glasses. You’ll run shipping, freight, customs, inventory, fulfillment, procurement, and RMAs, and manage AP/AR, invoicing, collections, payments, bookkeeping, and monthly close. Also handle payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, HR administration, compliance, insurance, registrations, office operations, and vendor/subscription management—while building and automating systems to scale.
