Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily setup, maintenance, and inspections of all recreational areas to meet guest service, safety protocols, and equipment standards.
  • •Run daily briefings and manage shift and vacation schedules; enforce uniform/grooming standards and maintain departmental personnel records.
  • •Partner with HR on recruitment and interviews, and lead onboarding plus continuous training and performance feedback.
  • •Design and manage the hotel’s wellness calendar, launching new seasonal guest wellness experiences.
  • •Manage departmental inventory, supply tracking, and expense control while using the Opera PMS system.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 to 3 years of experience supervising hospitality, recreation, or resort operations.
  • •Certified in resort emergency protocols and first aid.
  • •Lead and coach teams with strong communication, leadership, and flexibility in scheduling.
  • •Manage daily recreation operations (pools, fitness center, cabanas) with safety and guest service standards.
