Job Summary

Join a national water division strengthening modeling capabilities across Sweden. You will develop and implement advanced water and flood models (surface water, drainage, stormwater) using MIKE and Scalgo, collaborating across locations to support climate-resilient water infrastructure. Flexible placement and remote/hybrid work options; Swedish language skills required for deliveries in Swedish.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement advanced water modeling techniques for urban and catchment scale projects (focusing on stormwater, sewer networks, and flood scenarios)
•Build and calibrate models and calculations for networks and flood risk assessments
•Collaborate with national teams to align modeling approaches and deliverables across locations
•Provide input to project planning and design with data-driven insights from models
•Contribute to GIS-enabled modeling and data management to support client needs

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or technical degree in a relevant field
•At least 3 years of modeling experience
•Experience with skyfalls, hydraulic/pipe network, or watercourse modeling
•Proficiency in creating calculations and models using MIKE and Scalgo
•Swedish language skills in speaking and writing; experience with GIS is a plus
