Payments Counsel, AMS

Counsel the Global Payments business within TikTok’s Global Legal Corporate Compliance organization, advising on U.S. federal and state money transmission, stored value, and prepaid access laws. Partner with product counsel to support new payment features, interpret payment network rules across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM, and review/negotiates agreements with payment service providers, banks, and financial institutions. Lead cross-functional initiatives and clearly communicate regulatory concepts to stakeholders.
