Key Responsibilities

•Reinforce Agile ways of working across teams and support practical Agile practices that improve predictability and outcomes.
•Assist in defining and standardizing OKRs and delivery metrics, shifting reporting toward outcomes and progress.
•Improve governance routines and support consistent reporting on priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery health.
•Partner with enterprise change management (ECM) and delivery teams to improve how change is tracked, reported, and measured.
•Turn delivery and governance data into clear, actionable summaries for leadership updates, QBRs, and governance forums.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,000 - 159,000 annually
