Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the implementation, optimization, and support of Modern Workplace solutions, with focus on Microsoft 365 services.
  • •Lead technical delivery of projects and enhancements within the Modern Workplace domain.
  • •Act as an SME for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • •Manage Entra ID environments and security controls, including Hybrid Identity, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and PIM.
  • •Govern endpoint and device management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, Autopilot, MDM) and ensure performance, availability, and continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of IT experience focused on Modern Workplace / Microsoft 365.
  • •Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
  • •Experience implementing and governing Microsoft Entra ID (IAM) including Hybrid Identity and SSO integrations.
  • •Hands-on endpoint management experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, Autopilot, MDM).
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced root-cause analysis.
