Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale PermitFlow’s core operations organization.
  • •Manage a team of Operations Managers and Operations Leads supported by a global workforce.
  • •Partner with Sales and Customer Success to onboard prospective and new customers and help convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • •Own customer operations, ensuring customers receive reliable, high-quality service that drives retention and expansion.
  • •Work closely with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •7–12+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3–4 years in a senior leadership role managing managers and large teams.
