Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, negotiate, and revise retail, outlet, warehouse, and storage lease agreements for the Americas.
  • •Draft letter agreements for side projects at leased locations, and manage lease estoppels and SNDAs.
  • •Draft lease abstracts/summaries and circulate to local departments and HQ Real Estate/Engineering teams.
  • •Review, negotiate, and revise engineering contracting documents, including general contractor agreements, purchase order agreements, architect agreements, and service agreements.
  • •Maintain real estate/engineering templates and charts for Americas, and lead weekly legal review meetings with internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduated of an accredited US law school
  • •Member of the New York State Bar in good standing
  • •5+ years of leasing and construction contract experience at a US law firm or US retail company
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Experience reviewing, negotiating, and revising leases and related real estate/engineering documents
