Relationship Banker / Senior Relationship Banker - Old Milton Parkway

Provide industry-leading client service in-branch and by phone while building and expanding relationships for consumer and small business clients. Conduct consultative conversations to understand needs, recommend appropriate deposit, credit, convenience, and retirement solutions, and refer more complex goals to internal specialists. Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, meet individual and branch sales targets, and adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
