Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily in-line inspections to monitor product quality and report issues to the line manager.
  • •Review samples and ES/CS reports and QLA to highlight key points to service providers.
  • •Review pre-production trials and hold pre-production meetings with service providers.
  • •Conduct finished goods (FG) audits and IQC audits of factory IQC processes.
  • •Approve packing instructions, train and certify factory QC, and follow up root-cause action plans for defective shoes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in footwear quality management, preferably in luxury fashion shoes.
  • •Proficiency in root cause analysis and developing action plans for quality issues with service providers.
  • •Practical and technical knowledge of the footwear industry.
  • •Knowledge of AQL and quality control systems.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English; local Asian languages are also required.
